This DVD set contains two versions of the 15 talks comprising, the Alpha course. The first includes full-length talks on two DVDs. The second version, on a single DVD, has talks that have been shortened to between 20 and 25 minutes in length. This is half the length of standard Alpha and makes this version ideal for use in an Alpha in the Workplace setting.

The DVDs have an option to show the English subtitles.
