HK with Alpha Invitation
The
annual Alpha Invitation (AI) Week is coming up and will run again
from 18th to 24th September, 2011, aiming to bring more
people to Christ and lead them to understand the full gospel.
This year, we would like to have a variation in the preparation
works for the invitation. We would like to invite churches, schools,
workplaces and Alpha friends to have a one-week prayer chain along
with a non-stop prayer day before the event starts. To help you,
our ministry partners to better prepare for your Alpha courses
that will come later this year, we have also planned a series
of trainings for youthalpha, church Alpha, Alpha in the Workplace
and The Marriage Course. (Click

Invitation
for the AI Prayer Week
We
will have the ¡§Alpha Invitation Prayer Week¡¨ running from 17th
to 23rd July 2011, which will include a full day (from 7:00 am
to 12:00 mid-night) of non-stop prayer on the 23rd. This year,
we shall focus on the power of prayer in one-heart, one-mind,
and one-spirit. We will NOT have a formal gathering as
before. Instead, we will invite churches and brothers and sisters
to pray for us at a specific time wherever they are. The most
important thing is your participation. It is ¡§Not by might, nor
by power, but by my Spirit, says the LORD.¡¨ (Zec 4:6)
How
is it run?

Prayer Week, 17th ¡V 23rd July 2011
We
would like to invite your church / group as a whole to sign up
one day during the week at a dedicated prayer time for the event.
AI
Non-stop Prayer Day, 23rd July 2011 (Saturday)
In
addition, we are going to divide this day into many 30-minute
slots from 07:00-24:00, we encourage your church /group to invite
your members to sign up to support evangelization of HK through
Alpha.
