REGISTER YOUR COURSE Download the Course Registration Form to register your course and we will: promote your course on Alpha HK webpage (you may also choose not to publicise your group on our web) refer guests to join your course offer you special discounts on Alpha Resources and promotional items

ALPHA INVITATION DINNER Set a dinner date and choose a venue e.g. restaurant, home, church, school, youth / community centre or hotel (a sample program of a dinner is attached) Churches are encouraged to host Alpha Introductory Dinner jointly

10- WEEK COURSE & ALPHA WEEKEND Set dates and book venue for your course and Alpha Weekend ahead of time; or jointly run the Alpha Weekend with another church / group if you have a smaller group

Alpha Invitation Dinner Sample Rundown 7:15 pm Guests arrive and sit with their hosts 7:30pm Food is served (Background music: optional classical/jazz/pop) 8:15pm Testimonies (Interview one or two people from the previous Alpha courses) 8:50pm Talk "Is there more to life than this?" Hand out copies of "Why Jesus? ", "Why Easter?" or "Why Christmas?", and Sign-up/Registration Form 9:30pm Coffee and Tea Mingle with guests and try to encourage them to sign up for the course without pressurising them, could say, "we need an indication to plan for catering…" etc. 9:45pm Finish
